Frequently Asked Questions

Aerial arts can be accessible to anyone at any skill level. Our programs are designed to teach you were you are in your strength and flexibility. Our students range in age from 5 to 70 and our small class size enables students of all ages and levels to thrive.

I don’t have any upper body strength, can I still come to class?

Yes! One of the best ways to acquire upper body strength is to attend classes regularly.

I am afraid of heights, can I still come to class?

Yes! The apparatuses are hung at varying heights and students can practice on as low – or as high! – of trapezes as possible.

I am scared to try something new!

Trapeze transports you to a magical wonderland where positivity reigns and everyone supports each other. It’s common for people to cheer each other on and clap when someone learns a new move.

Do you offer Drop-ins?

We always offer drop-ins to our Saturday 9 a.m. class. We also offer all new students the opportunity to try three classes before committing to attend regularly. We structure our studio this way because all classes build upon the previous class so regular weekly attendance is the best way to be successful and grow.

What size are your classes?

Our classes range in size from 4 to 6 participants providing students with lots of individualized attention so their skills grow at a much faster rate.

What does it mean to be a nonprofit?

Our mission is: To improve the mental, emotional, and physical health for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities regardless of income by engaging them in Aerial Arts.

We provide sliding scale scholarships, low cost performances and outreach to groups that may not have access to quality physical arts education.
