Coach/Admin/Assistant Director (30 hours)

Join us on developing the first ever circus center in the beautiful Columbia Gorge. Empowered Movement Aerial is a vibrant nonprofit aerial arts studio in Hood River, Oregon about an hour outside of Portland. We are planning on expanding and just need the staff to do so. 

We are looking for a kind and fun coach and admin to join our team starting at 30 hours weekly. This coach must have extensive silks experience and another apparatus is a plus. I am willing to coach a new teacher and provide offsite teacher training as well as lots of onsite training. Admin (approx 15 hours) includes scheduling, emailing, website updating, social media, grant editing and other weekly support. Admin is done from home.

Must LOVE teaching kids and teens.  We do weekly outreach to rural communities and afterschool programs. You would also help me create beautiful and magical aerial performances. 

Pay range is $28-$33/hourly. Plus INSURANCE.
